Unable to activate existing private server

Yesterday Arcade Island was down for several hours. However, since the game came back up, I can't access my private server. Tried relogging, reinstalling etc. I can't create a new one because it says I already have one.

I had the same problem with another game a few months ago and contacted Roblox, but it took them several days and repetitive back and forth emails until they fixed it. They never told me what the problem was. In fact, I'm not even sure their tech support fixed it because after it was up for several hours, they sent me an email to troubleshoot (again).

Anyone have any insight as to why this happens and how I can expedite to get this resolved?

stupid question but have you tried clicking "show all private servers"? i sometimes accidentally click dont show priv servers and i dont realize for like a hot minute

although restarting/reinstalling probably already reverts that so that most likely isnt the issue

if you bought the serv with robux try seeing subscriptions and see if it needs to be renewed

you can also try clearing cache, if youre on windows; press windows + R, type %temp%, press ok, find the roblox folder, and delete it, should do more than just relogging in and reinstalling

but if that doesnt work i truly dont know

Yes, refresh the page to show it but when clicking Configure, we get “unable to change private server status.” Also already cleared cache. Thanks anyway. Waiting on Roblox support.
