I'm pretty sure Roblox said to be able to have voice chat, you need to verify your age using an ID or something, I don't remember well, meaning that players who don't have their age verified for have it under 15, for example, they will not be able to use or hear the voice chat.

 

honestly I can't imagine a roblox vc being anything but toxic, mainly you see other games with it and it's very uh yikes

You guys know that you are able to swear on roblox now but it's excessive meaning you can swear but not to much like constantly
but you can excessively swear with your friends but not with random people

 

I don’t know what you mean by “secure”. Do you mean a voice chat that is moderated or a voice chat that is private, safe, and encrypted?

Under the assumption that you mean the former, I just thought of something that could work.

The Roblox system could record all voice chat activity on every game for moderation purposes. These logs would usually be ignored unless someone reported an account using this. If that happens, a Roblox mod would look through the audio recording of the voice chat and would decide the punishment for the user.

This system is the best thing I can think of, but this system is not perfect. There are some consequences with this system, such as privacy concerns and the possibility of poor moderation.

 

couldnt very strong or borderline unintelligable accents bypass this? or different languages not already supported by roblox?
