People like me have to stare at what they're drawing and see what they have written down is there at their fingertips
I can't stare at something else while I'm drawing, even if it is showing what I'm drawing

does anyone understand what I'm trying to say?

I have that tablet… its not as hard as it looks… its just like using a mouse. you dont look at the mouse while drawing do you?

It's like a fancier mouse pad, you're eyes will get use to it as they have when you use your mouse to scroll up or down the page.

Just takes time, I felt your pain before.
