why is every scripting tutorial fake? never touching roblox studio ever again

Either the tutorial was not easy to follow, a mistake made on your end e.g a misspelling, or the script is broken and needs updating for it to work. I don't think every scripting tutorial is fake, it's finding what works and I would not recommend relying on free models unless you want your game infected by a virus but if you insist, find a trustworthy plugin.

Nope, i did the script word for word and nothing never opening roblox studio ever again now lol

Don't let it discourage you. You could learn how to script different ways or get someone to help you.

Following said tutorial line by line doesn't help you. You're pratically just copying what they're doing. You should instead research what the script does & how it works.

If you want to learn scripting then have you perhaps thought of a tutoring/coaching? U could also do it alone but i prefer it with a tutor (i have one and personally it's easy imo now that i have a tutor)
I still barely know anything though since i only had one lesson so far

Like TaskIsHere basically pointed out, you need to learn to program because copying someone else's code isn't going to get you far. If you don't know how and why it works, you won't be able to figure out why it doesn't work when you inevitably run into problems. One of the most basic aspects of programming is troubleshooting errors, bugs, and unexpected results, because, no matter how good you are, you're going to make mistakes and often. EVERYONE does. The difference between a good programmer and a bad one isn't the number of mistakes they make, but how quickly they're able to recognize the cause and correct it.
