Hi, my son was playing the game by https://www.biggames.io/ "Pet Simulator X" and he just lost all his pets when he was trying to take out his pets from the "bank". He got an error message saying it could not verify pets and then the pets got deleted. The pets cost him around 3000 robux and now he is very upset now. Anything anyone can help us with ? I could not find any support page at all where one can contact them directly.

Any suggestions as to how get his pets back ? Thanks!

Hey,
I don't know what to do because I never played the game before. I recommend trying to email a Youtuber by the name of "konekokitten". You could also try messaging the creators of the game on Roblox. Try doing internet searches etc. Hopefully, someone here can help you more than I can! Good luck.

Above is the Support Deck, there is a box titled "discord reports" which when clicking will send you to a google form where you can state that you had an issue with data loss in their game. Keep in mind that they ask for a discord account, so if you do not have one, you'll need to make one and join their official discord server (https://discord.gg/biggames). They have a bug report box but it seems that is not for data issues.

Roblox also had a major service disruption earlier today which affected the data system that every game uses which may have resulted in data loss.

I do not know if the Pet Simulator X game has any system for data recovery but on their support form, you should ask if they do, as many games have features to recover data.

Idk, I doubt that a youtuber making a video about it would do much.

Btw, I did send a bug report to them through a google-like form (through https://sites.google.com/view/biggamesszone/after-hours-support) where roblux user name and discord name is given but what is the difference with using the discord server ?

You can get in direct contact with a staff member in the discord form.

Hes just a youtuber whos friend with a guy whos friends with a doxxer who does something "good" to save his reputation every now and then. I don't see why people worship that furry and his personal info leaker friend

The same thing just happened to my kid. This is infuriating.
