I am putting it up for $35 and if anyone buys it they buy it. I doubt that anyones gonna buy it but i guess it's worth trying.

mostly its about stuff like account age
that stuff determines the value
ive got an account from 2016 and even though i didnt spend money on it, it has (next to sentimental value) items with an unknown value. e.g. offsale items, exclusive (jurassic park headset and backpack)
the account would go for a handful of money.
its the opposite of inflation here

Nobody that's buying the account gives a crap how many games you grinded, odds are they don't even play the same games so why would you even think that's even relevant to the accounts value? I'm assuming you spent 1000 USD or at least more than half of that amount into games/gamepasses. Which doesn't increase the value of your account at all...

People care about the real value, which goes based off limited items, and items in general. You have a bunch of generic, cheap items. Nothing rare like you are claiming, and all your limiteds are dirt cheap. Username isn't rare either, so that's affecting the value as well.

It's a 5 or 10 dollar account at most. Learn to stop spending your life savings on games, because you will never get that money back. And when the game finally dies, and nobody plays it you're going to be out 1,000 dollars because you choose to spend your money on a game that's only temporary. If you spent it on limiteds, you could've easily doubled or tripled the value of your account. Then you could've sold your account for a few hundred to possibly even more than thousand dollars..

Tell me a reason why I can't put my old "generic" account for $20.
Aside from all that I just want to get rid of the account as soon as possible and making some good money and not just $5 plus i've got a few limited items on that account.

they probably sell them for that much because they have actual things of value on there
besides if you needed to get rid of it ‘as soon as possible’, why wouldnt you accept $5 for it?

Because you have nothing of value on the account. I'm sure those 2016-2018 accounts have much more value than your account. All your limiteds are trash, and they aren't worth anything of noticeable value. But go ahead, sell it for 20 dollars. Just remember it probably will be for sale for a long time because most people won't be stupid enough to buy an account for that price.
