Q: Is there any other reason that Roblox forums shut-down?
Most of people say that it was because of forum raids, or something like that.

It didn't have sufficient moderation, For example, some illegal content was posted and stayed up for 30 minutes and it was a forum with thousands of people online. Imagine ROBLOX had its IPO launch and that happened, their stock would surely drop because it just shouldn't be acceptable on a platform with billions of members.
