Hi so apparently my private chat isnt working. Every time I private chat it just doesnt appear and the text doesnt go through. Does anybody know why this is happening. Please help me fix it

So I found a temporary solution to this private chat problem so would you do is you basically just type in the chat: /w [username], and like when u go to private it works but then when you try to send another private message it doesn't work so you have to type in: /w [username], again. That's all I got hope it takes away some frustration for some of you guys.
