I can open up roblox just fine except that when I join a game, a few seconds later, the game crashes, screen becomes fully black, except the the buttons, which I'm unable to press because my phone also crashed. At this point I can't even interact with anything, not even my phone, I cant exit the game. I press the off button on my phone and it takes a fill minute for it to actually power off. When I turn my phone on again, I get a pop-up saying: system ui not responding. Now I'm unable to play roblox, I very tried to fix with ways I read on Google but none worked and I dont have a computer to play on. Anyone knows how to fix this issue?

How old is your phone? Older hardware is likely the problem from what i'm seeing.

Im using Samsung galaxy note 9. Roblox used to work before

Hmm. Its probably an issue with the phone itself.

have you tried running the built-in antivirus of the device?
or maybe even resetting your device?

Signed up to the forum just to say I have been haven't the exact same problem with Roblox on my Note 9 as well.

Works fine on Note 8 and Note 10.

I've read on other forums of people having exact same issue with Note 9. Are Roblox aware of this issue?
