Kinda, it's just like eBay where it's legit or a scam. But you have more problems. It's a black market which roblox doesn't want people to go to because they "won't make money" but most people won't believe that. Some of the limiteds could also be scuffed and worth not a lot (They're basically scamming you false information). And one more to note: the website DOESN'T sell you the items. Real players from the roblox site do. So watch out.

Rbx.Place is 100% legit and you won't be scammed. I've bought and sold from there. If you do somehow manage to get "scammed" you probably weren't. You most likely just have a setting that blocked the trade, like if you have trades set to friends only then you won't be able to receive the trade, I don't know if there is a way to add the seller's account or not because I've never had that problem. There is a discord server for it if you do happen to run into problems. But if your account is above 13 years and trading is set to anyone then you should have no problem. Just be sure you have a small limited like it says.

You could get your account terminated. Though it rarely happens unless you also sell items on that same account.
Btw rbx.place often has the cheapest items so I wouldn't recommend any others.
I've only used .place and .exchange and they're both legit, .exchange is way overpriced though, lol.

It's safe, but it's against ROBLOX tos, all these roblox youtubers riding roblox's tos and being good guys, roblox hasn't tooken action against these sites for now, so it is safe.
